Thank you Andrea. This is totally correct. On two previous occasions I
have appealed to the users list subscribers to please ignore these
"unsubscribe me" messages and leave it to the moderators.

In this instance I immediately contacted the individual in question
offering to assist with this issue. Either his hotmail account
"filtered" my email, or he chose to ignore it. In either case, today he
sent another aggressive "demand" to the list owner address and I have
now forcibly removed him from the subscriber list.

Again I appeal to all list subscribers to please NOT respond to these
requests. Ill considered replies can antagonize the inexperienced, or
those of questionable intellect, which makes the moderators' job of
peacefully resolving these situations unnecessarily difficult.
