I don't think I was clear enough in my description. My toc is a
bulleted list. I highlight one of those entries in the list and want to turn it
into a link. There is no Interaction option when right clicking, so I go to
Insert Hyperlink (or click the tool bar button).

I'm wondering, since it is possible to import TXT into spreadsheet in
OpenOffice in GUI, is there a way to do it from command line as well?

You'll get farther change the extension to .CSV instead of .TXT. Ooo
does not do delimited columnar

newsletter editor for a local club. I do the newsletter in OOo Writer. A
big part of this newsletter is listing results of our events (athletic
