I just tried (again) to select Ctrl+V under Customize and use reset. Then I tried load and selected another document, of which I know, that things were functioning fine when I worked on that document. Now the arrow keys (up, down, left, right) do NOT RESPOND at all Is there any sensible way

Please note that, for example, the problem does NOT occur when using pdflatex and swftools. In this case, the links work as expected both in the PDF via Adobe's Reader, and in the SWF via Adobe's Flash Reader. So the technology works using other tools, but fails using OpenOffice. Luca
