I tried setting the paragraph options > Spacing (above & below paragraph),
both to 0 [3], but still the text overflows even after only a single
carriage return.

For OpenOffice Writer on Linux (Ubuntu 9.04), the print dialogue does not
have options for printing odd / even pages [1]. The advanced options box
also does not have this option [2].
Is there any way to enable printing only odd / even pages in Writer; other
than to type out <1,3,5,...> manually.
