I suppose you mean CALC component.
So go to the page preview, you wil find a button like Page settings at
the toolbar,
then use the second button at the bottom which enables more settings
(sorry I don't know the english names of the buttons).
There you find a possibility to change header and the footer of the page.
Simply delete the preset texts.

listed there in Italian.
