I'm a PC user trying to help a technically indifferent colleague install OpenOffice onto her Mac laptop. My first question is about version - she says she has OS 10.4, but doesn't know whether it's OSX Intel or OSX PC. How can I help her figure that out?
Click on the Apple symbol at the left end of the menu bar. Click on "About This Mac".
