[users] Accidentally changed the language settings, need help changing it back

Hi I use OOo Danish version 2.4.0 on Windows XP SP3. I tried finding a shortcut for the degree sign, in the symbols list i noticed a number in paranthesis (176) and I thought, if I'ld hold a special key and typed that number I would get the degree sign. I tried holding shift, ctrl, alt,
