I had a problem here: A user reported that whenever he wants to print a
document the paper format defaults to A3, not A4.
After a lot of searching, setting and debugging I noticed it has to be
an entry within the document templates he uses: New documents default
easily to DIN A4 as

This probably indicates that he has a custom template set as default.
