MSWord-author of that document has achieved this.
Suppose you have two parts in your document: Part A and Part B. However,
it is still one document with one table of content.
Chapters in part B should outline independently from Part B,

I was given a Word document
http://august.de/files/attach/OOO/2008-05-16.doc which restarts the
outline numbering in the middle of the document. It behaves different in
Writer an MSWord. I'd like to get the same outline as in MSWord.
Any idea how to achieve this?
