No offence-I have gathered some great tips so far- but how do I
unsubscribe from this list? I can't have a hundred emails a day
pouring into my bix. I'm just not that on top of things...

One final thought. This list also has a digest version which means
that about 5-6 emails a day each which contains up to 20 different
messages.
I found it easier to keep up with the list without dealing with masses
of individual emails.
