You don't say what you've done or what happens. After you download the
package from www.openoffice.org, you have to install it. Did you do
that? In Windows, to install it,

The most advisable could be not to use the e-mail from your company, but
instead to download OO from the net (http://www.openoffice.org/). I
would think the program is much too big to be accepted by an e-mail program.
