we recently updated some of our openvz (Virtuozzo Linux release 7.9)
hypervisors
but after rebooting, all CTs are suspended. without a reboot we cannot
stop/start CT
we've identified libvzctl-7.0.730-1.vz7.x86_64 which contains a
scripts/set_dns.sh as the culprit
