yum info glusterfs should help you. AFAIK the glusterfs 3.6.0 was
added to the base and updates CentOS 7.1 repositories so you need to
exclude them if you want to stay with 3.5.

the real interfaces for management (ovirtmgmt is UP but NO-CARRIER). If
I add another interface (with link detected) to the bond (temporarily as

so the host wasn't able to reach the hosted-engine IP address.
Are you sure that ovirt host can reach hosted-engine?
(routing, fw, ...)
