-Dorg.apache.tomcat.util.buf.UDecoder.ALLOW_ENCODED_SLASH=true).
In my tomcat log:

1. This site is a dictionary:
- Windows users often enter a \ in place of /
- Rarely there are \ in the phrases
2. The returned status code is: 400 Bad Request
