Hi. Good points for providing all relevant information. By any chance, are you using VirtualHost's ? (Unlikely with HTTPS, but nevertheless) If yes, make sure to look up the JkMountCopy directive. JkMount is not automatically inherited by VirtualHosts, from the main configuration. A couple
