Further progress. Found that LO does not like images and links
on the same line.  Moved the link to below the image and all is
OK.  Problem fixed but prefer to have them both on same line.

Progress -have fixed the filename replacement part of this issue,
by deleting the  image's alternative name in  image properties.
Still looking for the missing links.
