Yes you can use a number of those Nokia phones as SMSC. In order to do so
you'll need a data cable, available from most good mobile accessory vendors.
Then, presuming you're operating in windows, you should add the following
lines to your kannel.conf file:
# SMSC CONNECTIONS
group = smsc
smsc = at
smsc-id = modem
modemtype = nokiaphone
device = com2
Set device to the relevant port to which your phone is connected.
