Check gateway/contrib/php-admin/sendsms.php. You can use the same code and
build upon that.
Web Browser -- CGI Var -- Web Server (Apache/IIS) -- Sendsms
Interface -- Kannel Gateway -- GSM Modem
As a novice user, i wish to provide my company users to send SMSes from
the
web browser.

Can i seek one more help? I know java and python as a language. Can i
better use them instead of Perl / PHP.

Yes, and add the database for black/white lists msisdn's and IP (for createing
anti-spam mechanism )
