I have SMSC connection which sends to me deliver_sm with TID (Transaction
ID) within recipient address. Can the kannel handle such delivery_sm well?
For example, to ignore anything from # tag.
Example:
Short Message Peer to Peer, Command: Deliver_sm, Seq: 1466, Len: 217
Length: 217
t = 1521
bearerbox-host = localhost
bearerbox-port = 13001
log-level = 0
log-file = /var/log/kannel/opensmppbox.log
our-system-id = local-smpp
smpp-logins = "/etc/kannel/smpplogins.txt"
So... it's working. May be I don't understood you problem well, write me.

Manesh,
See msg-id-type in the User Guide. Also I suggest you to enable debug mode
to smsc group (log_level=0) to see how your provider work with a message ID
numbers.

Hi all,
Is there a possibility to keep validity_period of MT which sending from
opensmppbox to external SMSCs in the relative time format unchanged? For
now, I see the kannel changing it to the absolute time format.
For example, this is a snippet from the opensmppbox logfile (this was a
