You refer to the adoption, by the USA, of decimal currency (in 1793 I think). Do you know if the USA was the first nation in the world to adopt decimal currency, or was there any other nation who had done so earlier?
Yes, it was. France only adopted the decimal currency in 1795 - partially and progressively !
