I know I've seen those kinds of labels; I just can't say if they are strictly 
legal. Though I hardly imagine any company would be prosecuted if they aren't 
for some reason.

A slightly different topic: I am wondering if the federal labeling law 
requires that SI be listed last, and in parenthesis. Would it be 
possible for a label to be, say, "250 mL (xyz fl. oz.)" or "250 mL (abc 
pints, def fluid oz.)". It would help a lot if the metric measurement 
could come first, and not in parenthesis.
