Hello All, Please pardon the laconic text, but I'm e-mailing this from work and I have to be brief. I just found an AP photo in the local paper, whose caption uses "km" in contravention to the AP Stylebook. I'm going to use this as evidence in a letter I'm composing, to show that Americans do understand metric units and the unit symbols. I need references to the AP reports we've kicked around on the list, the ones that contained the comical metric-to-FFU conversion errors. Does anyone here have a list of these? With my web access problems over the past few months, I had to delete a lot of those list messages. Many thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
