Background: A while ago, I posted an A4 Paper Size survey that was
rather substandard.
That survey asked two questions: zip code and what paper size you use.
I had only 9 responses, 8 US responses and one British response.
Only 4 answered that they use A4 size paper (44%) and 5 answered Other (56%).
I give this background because I had promised to release these results
later this year.
