I too have been exchanging email with Claudio and he seems sincere. He also
sent me a scan of the Exactrep catalog. I told him that if he could give the
same prices as 'H' then he would probably get a lot of business because we,
in the US anyway, wouldn't have to pay the international shipping
Don,
Are you saying that it's OK to use water water wetter only ?
What about corrosion ? Wouldn't that become a problem ? If not it wouldn't
hurt to use just water water wetter (what mix ?) then maybe I'll give that
a try.

Kelly,
Good idea there. Some of these folks DO have the means and equipment
to test two pipes on an identical bike. As we say around the plant, "In God
we trust, all others bring data."
In the meantime I've forwarded the thread to my college thermo professor.
It will be enlightnening to hear
On the subject of coolant additives, Nology offers a product called
"NotHot". The ad stated it mixes with water or antifreeze, is compatible
with all metals, seals and hoses, and prevents corrosion while lowering
engine temps up to 30 DegF.
Anyone ever tried it??

Bob, its the only way to get the full cooling effect from it, directions
are on the bottle. For road racing its required that you can't use
antifreeze. Yes you need to have corrision inhibitors, so your better
off using a good antifreeze. TheToyota factory red is used in all their
vehicles,

Well it depends on what you want Mike PCW does do good work with their

Thanks for the input! I checked it again, it was the side stand! What
a great feature! Since I am new to Vmax, and overseas-built motorcycles
in general, I am still learning about the features that really count on
motorcycles. Not just how you look to a certain group of so-called
