people really use 2d-.
I don't. I use 2dj and 2dk, not 2d+ and 2d-.

Can anyone check me? At the moment, trying to connect by FTP or rsync to
ftp.vim.org or ftp.nluug.nl doesn't succeed for me (i.e., times out).
