ISA LocalTalk / Modem Card?

Recently I happened to come across (what I think is) an ISA LocalTalk card / modem. It's made by The Complete PC, Inc. and has a 2400 bps modem (from the markings on the card) as well. It has four connectors on the back: Phone, Line, Speaker, and (what I think is the LocalTalk part) SCAN D.
