LaserWriter IIf

Hey, just wanted to confirm something about a LW IIf. I turn it on and it 
keeps rebooting and doesn't print a test page. There's a soft click coming 
from the power supply every time it reboot. From what I've found on the web, 
this sounds like a bad AC power supply and needs to be replaced. It probably 
isn't the motherboard, correct?
