No, it will not automatically subscribe you, it simply means that you can
access Apple Music with iTunes.

iTunes gives you the option to subscribe to Apple Music, but you don't have to.
Once you install and run it, you will be asked if you want to start a free
trial of Apple Music, and you can say no.
