So, is the ability to do groups a premium feature; if so I will go and delete
the app again and stick with ABC Group Messenger.

On a contact, flick up and select more. From that menu, select groups.
On that screen it will list any groups that you have created in fantastical. At
the end of that list will be Add Group. With any group you can do any of the
functions, email, message, etc.
