RE: calls getting cut off.
Hello Carolyn, My best guess is that there is something touching the phone. You may want to remove your phone's case and see what happens. Another issue is that there could be a problem with the screen protector currently installed on the display, if any. First, however, if there is a case, remove it and then make some trial calls. Anyone have any idea when I'm on a call, that simply touching the screen anywhere can cut off a call - no pressing, not near end call, just simply contact with screen? -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list. RE: calls getting cut off.
The only thing I can think of is that something else is touching the screen, like your face or another finger, so a single touch is being interpreted as a split tap. If the focus is on the end call button then this will terminate the call. I'm not sure if this is what's happening or not. It's just speculation on my part. -- Christopher (AKA CJ) =>÷ Chaltain at Outlook, USA -Original Message- From: viphone@googlegroups.com On Behalf Of Carolyn Arnold Sent: Thursday, April 11, 2024 10:46 AM To: viPhone Subject: calls getting cut off.
