you use VirtualGL? The Chimera page clearly says that they
recommend vendor-supplied graphics drivers, which VirtualGL would
enable you to use.
No GPU on the VM.

I built QT 5 from the source and I am running it on CentOS 6 VM. When I
connected the VM via Turbovnc, the keys are messed up in QT 5 applications
and displayed "Qt: XKEYBOARD extension not present on the X server." on
terminal.
The problem does not show if I connect the VM from ssh -X
