Hi, I'm a new user to VNC, I'm hoping it will solve a problem I'm having. My mum like playing with computer, problem is she is always getting a bit lost with stuff. I try and help over the phone. Most times I can pull it off, but not always. I have XP installed and use the remote desktop a lot.
