If, you really need support for Windows/Mac/Linux, why not host the files on a flash drive. They are XP, Mac and Linux compatible. Insert, run, and eject. With most newer PCs having a USB port on the front, its easy. Very clean too, you do not have to move anything to the user's system. I use

If, nothing changed on your home network, I would try vncviewer from someone else's network. It is possible your work is filtering the ports. Try it from a dial-up account. Since gotomyvnc shows that it is working, I really think its your work's network. If, so try using port 80, if you do not
