I have one query,
My vnc session get authenticate through xdm, on the top of that I have
added Vnc authenticate mode. Which is working fine. So now I have to
enter the password for vnc and then I have to enter password at xdm
screen.
I want to know, is there any way we can bypass the xdm

i am testing the RealVNC on my LAN.
I have 2 computers with OS Windows 2000 Server.
May problem is, that I get a error message from one server.
Error message:

It sounds like you're set your port forwarding to pass connections on port
5900 to the wrong local IP address (a non-existent one), or that you are
specifying the wrong IP address in VNC Viewer when trying to connect, or
that your server computer has a firewall enabled.

Max,
Check the Application Event Log on ServerB for messages from WinVNC4 which
start Connections: closed - these should explain the disconnection.

In addition to James' advice you can always run good ol'
netstat -ano
on the server and check for 'established' connections on the VNC PID.

(because in Company only Port 80 is allowed ...)
From Notebook I can connect to the PC
But from company after I enter connect (screen before login mask)

I get an error ... Timeout ... :-(

keep only vnc authentication, as the way it is working for normal vnc
session (Not Xinetd).
