Since your friend's Server 2 acts like a router (proxy), you have to tell him
to do "port forwarding", also called "virtual server". But I also suppose your Server
1 and 2 are window KK/XP, right? Microsoft uses a different term. It calls this
"publishing".

Then you could check out other posts in the mailing-list because this topic is
discussed again and again.

FYI, strictly speaking, your modems don't have IP addresses assigned. It's
the servers' "public" network interfaces which have the IP addresses. By this, I
would redraw your diagram as follows:

  +---------+
  |Client 2 |
  +----+----+
  192.168.1.2
       |
       | Intranet
       |
  192.168.1.1
  +----+----+
  |Server 2 |
  +----+----+
 200.97.31.173
   (Dynamic)
       |
       |
    +--+--+
    |Modem|
    +--+--+
       |

But if you are very sure and confirm that the modems have IP addresses, that
your diagram is incomplete because you forgot to mention the network segment between
the modem and the respective server. This segment has its own network address.
