Mike, Firstly, VNC Free Edition is not designed to be used directly over an untrusted network. Additionally, VNC Free Edition 4.1.1 had a security vulnerability, so you should upgrade any machines that are using it to version 4.1.2 immediately. As for the lack of response from the server, this
