You could try the Shared Connection in Options.
It will allow two [or more] viewers to connect to the same session.
[you may want to remove the check for Non-Shared connection replace shared]
but if you want 1 session to be not shared leave it checked and the
client viewer can be configured as

It simply doesn't work. It installs, looks like it is going
to work, and
then, when you make the first connection, it connects, then promptly
disconnects, and you can't connect at all thereafter.

Sounds like there's something funny go on on your system, causing VNC
server
to crash. What is logged in the Application Event Log?
