[Vo]:H4O, FQHE and UDH

Here is some musing on the subject of dense hydrogen (UDH)... this time based on the realization that there could be more to the following astrophysics paper than meets the eye: "H4O and other hydrogen-oxygen compounds at giant-planet core pressures" by Zhang et al.
