As an alternative energy researcher, this concept has always intrigued me.
A while ago I ran an experiment on a concept that I thought might work. The
idea is to use iron to deflect/shield the 'repulsive' force of the magnets,
while the iron attracts the magnets. Here is a video with the idea (click)...
I found that that this idea DOES
allow the magnets to 'align' (face each other) when they would otherwise
repel. BUT the magnets are now 'locked' to the steel.
I
tried tapering the steel to make it thinner so the magnets would 'release'
but didn't have time to reach any real conclusions... I think varying the
taper may work, but it'd take some engineering to get the exact right taper
in exactly the right place. So far, I still think the idea has merit
but I'm looking for magnetic shielding that the magnets do NOT lock to, maybe
like these (click).
I think the idea of a fast pulse of electricity, precisely timed in a
coil, designed to pop the magnets past the 'hump' is a viable one (yes I know
the idea is not new) like this one (click). The motor gathers enough energy during its
rotation to provide the pulse needed to 'reset' it... so it keeps
spinning.

Here is another experiment that I think might
work.
Magnets are arranged so that they are always

all but a specific group of people (but the IRS hides that fact).

BTW you will read that Jim is in jail.
Jim is in jail
simply because he didn't know how to defend himself,
so the IRS
was able to railroad him.
He decided to represent himself but
didn't know the difference between being right and PROVING you are
right in court.
He had all the evidence he needed to prove
he is innocent but since he didn't know the simple rules of
presenting evidence (and rules of procedure) the IRS was able to move the
court to DENY his evidence and thus he was 'guilty' because the jury was
specifically instructed to ignore his evidence. Note that he also
didn't know how to make an 'offer of proof' when his evidence was denied, so
he hurt his chances of winning (because he couldn't threaten the judge's
decision) AND his chances of an appeal.
He is innocent and would
have won his case if he'd taken THIS 24 hour course (click). This is ironic because he KNOWs the
real facts behind taxation but doesn't (as most of
us don't) know the simple 'rules of law'. So THEY are
able to put innocent people in jail because people don't know (aren't taught)
how to defend themselves.
The 'rest of the story' is that hundreds of
people are still getting their tax refunds, using his
technique, even though they railroaded Jim into jail. I'm sure this
'scare tactic' has reduced the number of people who are willing to try it...
but it hasn't hidden or stopped the truth.
The rich, like President Obama, use legal techniques like
Jim's to lower their taxes by only claiming the 'income' that is 'income' as
defined by the TAX CODE (click)
Unfortunately for him, his pay for being
President actually IS taxable income (he gets income from the government)!
Of course he can find ways to use his Presidential influence to make
money that is NOT taxable (click).
The 'elite' pay less taxes (percentage-wise) BECAUSE they KNOW the facts the want YOU
to stay ignorant of, because they want YOU to pay for their expensive
lifestyles, stupid mistakes and big government designed to control your every
move. They want us to be economic slaves!
Finally note: When you
hear politicians say they'll tax corporations, know that they're lying.
Corporations don't pay tax, people do... If there is a tax that a
corporation can't avoid, it's passed onto the people who purchase it's
products or services. The corporation simply becomes a duct to funnel
the money from the people to the Government. This is killing the
