Does Randy have a good tort case against the PO?
His evidence for hydrino states for hydrogen go back some time and patent
applications do, I believe, as well.
I suspect Industrial Heat may also be pursuing direct production of electrical
energy with the hot cat as well as NASA for their space probe—all with
different basic sources of stored energy in the “subatomic” realm.
Won’t that be fun for vorts to follow and guess which one will gain the biggest
market share?
My bet is on Industrial Heat. I think they have a more urgent attachment of
their objective of producing something useful for society—more philanthropic
IMHO.

Subject: RE: [Vo]:CIHT POWER SYSTEM (US20150171455A1, Publication Date:

From Mark:
FYI: This showed up on a web search today:

Interesting.
It's dated May 21, 2013. Fairly recent. Seems reasonable to assume the
application date is around the time CIHT first became news.
I noticed the ABSTRACT starts out saying:
An electrochemical power system is provided that generates an electromotive
force (EMF) from the catalytic reaction of hydrogen to lower energy (hydrino)
states providing direct conversion of the energy released from the hydrino
reaction into electricity, ...
hydrinos Boldly stated in a patent application - in the first sentence.
I doubt this is how Peter Zimmerman envisioned that the USPO would be treating
Dr. Mills Co hydrinos. I believe Zimmerman had on occasion boasted the notion
that he was a tireless crusader against the existence of Dr. Millls' hydrinos
and would do what he could to keep the USPO from legitimizing them. To
paraphrase an old'sayin: The only good hydrino is a dead hydrino.
But it just keeps on tickin!
