That is interesting. Rossi said he does not want to sell to the military. If he sold this the NRL that would be a major change in his policy. Granted, his policies are not very consistent. The NRL's budget is a tad over $1 billion, so they could afford this. I have no idea whether this is true. I know people at the NRL but I have not heard a word from them. Of course they do not tell me anything confidential. I would not want them to! So I suppose if this is true, they are keeping it confidential. - Jed

Did N come from Rossi or from Sterling Allan and Hank Mills? If the latter, you should not consider it for a moment.
