[Voyage-linux] Moving forward and preparing 0.3 release

Hi all, Let's move forward. I decided not to wait for Debian Etch and release 0.3 right away. Hence, 0.3 will be released and declared as stable in a day or two. Actually, I can release now, but I would still like run some regression if time allows. When it is released, you will see
