[webkit-dev] Windows Nightlies: Broken Launcher

Devs: There seems to have been a change between 31446 and 31727 that broke the Windows run-webkit-nightly script. However, if I copy the launcher from 446 to the latest nightly, it launches fine. Otherwise I get a Safari cannot find component. error. Jon
