When using wget with `relative_only' set to on, when downloading a site
from files that have been referenced starting with / are not retrieved.
For example IMG SRC=/images/image1.gif is not fetched. But when
`relative_only' is turned off the result is a massive download.

thank you for you replies! In principle this perl script does what I want.
Of course i do not only want to use it for downloading wget-source-packages.
But with a little logic added this script could become a usefull tool for me
(well i think i have to start improving my perl
