SSL Module

Hi, i can confirm with apache that if useing client side certificate the SSL option is broken. And server certificate will not be checked. I can work on an solution, but to fix both problemes i need at least one more switch bether two, and for full featured ssl option like mozilla, apache

Please take over the fix if you can. Christian told me that he would be busy for the next several weeks. He is unsure how much time he can spend on fixing Wget bugs.
