you could also look into the fifa bylaws, they are in en, fr, de, and so on.
another interesting thing is in these bylaws, which would very well
apply to wikimedia too: the clause for dissolving the association.

I will ask to a translation center (I have some friends) to have a
look to the translations made by ourselves. I can have this
verification without costs for Wikimedia CH.
