I am not in a position to defend arbitrary income cut off points for such a definition Paul. My opinion is the low end is somehow defined by the Poverty Level and the upper level by, at least, six figures ($100,000 plus). I should have said "well off" and not "rich". BTW -- the 2003 poverty
