areas in SE CO. I see absolutely no comparison between these two natural
disasters in terms of the toll on human life and property anyway.
I am disappointed that we Americans get so easily conned by these exaggerated
urban legends.

St. Paul is close to finalizing Instant Runoff Voting for local elections.
Support is out there in the Twin Cities media.
This sure seems like a way to give power back to the voters and not in the
hands of the Parties.
What do you think? Is this something that
geographic areas? If that
could happen, I really think IRA would work well for School Board elections.
It could save time and money by not needing to have a Primary. What do you
think?
