This is not indicated in the documentation, but, a major limitation in ExtJS.
Basically, because the button is rendered using all kinds of image
tricks, its height cannot scale, at least not in the versions of ExtJS
that we have experience with (Ext 2.0.x).

I am not sure whether they have solved this limitation in later versions?
