I did some checkingand looks like Author Image MAY BE your culprit, if it uses GD2. Adjusting your php.ini will do the trick, Best is to DEACTIVATE ALL OF THEM, and them start with the Sitemaps,WP DB,Askimet. This may be an inherrent PHP5.Also check the ZEND options too. - Original
